By using this website or engaging Relay for services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements may be governed by an additional written proposal or agreement, which prevails where it conflicts with these terms.
Relay designs and operates AI automation systems, including review follow-ups, messaging agents, voice agents, and custom workflows. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined per engagement.
Setup fees are one-time and payable before work begins. Monthly fees cover hosting, maintenance, and support and are billed in advance. Prices shown in AED and QAR are approximate conversions from USD; USD is the billing currency.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and access you provide, and for ensuring your use of our systems complies with applicable law and the policies of third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google.
AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate output. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, review volumes, conversion rates, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
Relay retains ownership of its underlying tools, prompts, templates, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your brand assets and business content, and receive a license to use the delivered configuration for the duration of your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Either party may cancel a monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
