When we operate AI systems on behalf of a client, we process end-customer data solely on that client's instructions and only for the purpose of delivering the service.
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, and AI model inference. These providers process data only as needed to deliver our services.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
